Dr. Tilak Siyambalapitiya

Dr. Tilak Siyambalapitiya holds a PhD in Electric Power Engineering from University of Cambridge UK.  He initially worked on the Energy Efficiency Task Force of the Ministry of Energy in Sri Lanka. Thereafter for 10 years, he worked in the power generation planning divisions of national electric utilities in Sri Lanka and Saudi Arabia.  

Since 1999, he works as an Energy Consultant, working for both Sri Lankan institutions and international agencies. He is a visiting lecturer at the University of Moratuwa, and was previously a visiting lecturer at Universities of Peradeniya and Sabaragamuwa, in Sri Lanka. He was the President of Sri Lanka Energy Managers Association between 2004-2006.

Mr Amila Wickramasinghe 

Mr Amila Wickramasinghe holds a BSc Engineering Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Moratuwa and a MA in Economics from University of Colombo. He works as a Project Engineer at RMA (Pvt) Ltd and has extensively worked on energy planning, energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.
