Dr. O G Dayaratne – Banda – received his PhD at the (NUS). He is currently a Senior Lecturer of Economics at the University of Peradeniya.  He is a visiting Research Professor of University of Waterloo and the Center for International Governance Innovation, Ontario, Canada.

 

Dr. Sujata Gamage – Dr. Gamage Ph.D. MPA, is the coordinator of the Sri Lanka Education Forum and the Director for Knowledge Networks at LIRNEasia, Colombo.
