Mr. Naganathan Selvakkumaran

Mr. Naganathan Selvakkumaran is the Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Colombo. He is a Member on the Experts Panel on Legal & Constitutional Matters to service the All Party Representative Committee appointed by HE the President. His areas of Interest include: Administrative Law; Constitutional Law; Comparative Constitutions; Fundamental/Human Rights & Local Government Law. Mr. Selvakkumaran’s current research topics are:  Fundamental Rights Jurisprudence and the ‘privatised’ public utility services, Judicial Activism and Constitutionalism: A Critical Analysis.

Mr. Amrit Rajapakse

Mr. Amrit Rajapakse received his LLM (International Business Law) with Merit Honours from University College London in 2004. He has previously worked at the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) and the Ministry of Justice, Law Reform and National Integration Sri Lanka as a Legal Assistant. Currently, Mr. Rajapakse is Practising law in original and appellate courts and is a Lecturer in Intellectual Property Law at the Royal Institute of Colombo.
